Cons

Company has totally shut down the india operations immediately and laid off 350+ employees. Treated Indian employees like slaves. Egoistic behaviour of new management that has been changed from 2023. No any concrete plan just blah blah in town hall meetings.

hire and fire policy.. as far as your work is done in lesser time than usual, management got scares that you're gonna take over them and they play politics to some how fire you.. some big teams also got fired such way

Salary on time, bonus once in a year , lunch and evening breakfast.

Cons

Very high internal politics. If you are not part of any group you may expect release early even if you doing your works. You can lay off and released by just one phone call. Technology is not also updated. 15+ year but not expanded that much.
