75% market share, what more can you say? Beyond a smart, well-oiled, effective business model that delivers to their customers and then some, this is an incredibly talented group of people that work hard and care. There is a lot of support, but yet a lot of leeway to chart your own course. The opportunities are endless and there is no shortage of growth and opportunity given performance. I'm in sales, working hard every day, and reaping the rewards - the comp plan is super realistic and generous. Our sales leader fought hard to create a plan where you can realize success and not have the bait and switch of overachieving and having the goal post moved. Did I mention support? The very best group of people that will give you the shirt off of their backs to enable you - you just have to put in the work.
Cons
Not in the heart of Manhattan, but super easy to commute to and open to working from home on occasion when needed. Beyond that, this is seriously the best job I've ever had with the best people working hard to dominate this industry.
