      Benefits, flexible schedule, pay is good, some managers care, supposed tuition reimbursement coming back in 2017, my facility is very nice

      Parking, elitism, traffic, some are closed minded, baby boomer management needs to be infused with younger crowd for proper diversity, some facilities are very dated
