Career opportunities, benefits, work/life balance, hybrid schedule (currently)

Cons

Decent pay but promotions can take a while. From my experience, transferring departments is one of the only ways to get a big increase. I’ve had pretty good experience with my managers as they were really flexible and relaxed. However, issues that are brought up do not always get resolved due to decisions being made at a higher level, short staff, or sometimes it’s things out of their control.
