      Pros

      I have not had any issues with HII as a whole. They seem to go out of their way to ensure employees are aware of what is going on with the company. Sometimes too many emails...lol.

      Cons

      This is just me, I want more vacation! I think HII is probably in lockstep with all the other major companies as far as PTO goes, just not enough!

      You’re allowed to complete work without being micromanaged.

      Cons

      For me, the con was not many opportunities to transfer within the company.
