Pros

Managers and Co-Workers are awesome especially if you're on a great team. Christmas Shutdown two weeks paid, can't beat it. decent pay - well below industry standard. flexible scheduling - remote work is allowed if you are approved for it.

Cons

Where to start? Advancement is almost non-existent, no matter how much experience you have. You want a job family promotion, nope, not happening. That is of course unless you blow the right people. It seems the incompetent get promoted over the competent because of office politics.
