Fairly straight-forward job, come in, do your work, go home.

Cons

The Chicago office is very quiet, which might drive some people nuts. Schedule can get hectic and overwhelming. Company management does not communicate with anyone below them and makes sweeping changes that affect writers negatively. Don't plan on staying in this job for too long.
