Pros

The people who work here are awesome, a really passionate, creative group of people.

Cons

This company is poorly managed by arrogant and condescending management. They cut corners to under pay their employees and will hire literally anyone especially fresh grads. There is extremely poor internal communication with poor connection between senior management and people who actually do the work required to keep the company going. You are treated as a regular line employee with no respect for your trade or skills.

Free breakfast and lunch on certain days, free flow of coffee and tea.

Cons

You have to have good multitasking skills if you'll be working for this company. Anything and everything will be assigned to you, and work keeps piling up every single day with deadlines on top of that. A lot of dedication for the job was also needed as you will need to work overtime just to get the work done on time.
