Pros

Salary is good as per industry.. You can take as much leave as you would want..

Cons

Management is too bad. Too much politics ( groupism). This is at every designation of the organization in India. Employees are overloaded with work that they even have to sacrifice their lunch hours almost daily and staying late is a routine.

Pros

※Great team members and leaders: Though there were a lot of employees in the Ann Arbor office, they always took care of each other in the office. They also worked very hard and tried to help other team members if they had enough time. ※Great benefits: Free breakfast on Tuesday and lunch on Thursday, sports activities, and paid vacations etc. If you also requested office supplies, usually you would find them next day in the office.

Cons

The printers sometimes caused problems and it made all of us devastated. Since there are few printers in the entire office in Ann Arbor, it was sometimes really difficult to print documents and wait for a long time. Although we have a great employee that always took care of this issue, if the printer was totally broken our team had a really difficult time during the day.

Pros

Flexible working hours- I'm able to work on my own schedule as long as I work about 40 hours a week.. I had previous experience with sick days, and it's not difficult at all to take a last minute sick leave, which really saved my life. Awesome coworkers- I don't know about other locations, but the Chicago office owns excellent employees, if not the best. They are always friendly to everyone, eager to help when I need it, and the HR Associate is nice and helpful. Good incentives- Hudson offers bonus projects pay, monthly awards to excellent writers, etc. I earned some extra money when I felt like working more!

Cons

The office is somehow too quite most of the time, but I assume it's probably because of the nature of this work. I got to focus on my own work anyway, but I just like a more dynamic workplace better. We continuously encounter technical issues with computers, printers, etc. It can be frustrating sometimes when the HR has to try resolve IT issues for us, while she really knows little about it. We could have had more holidays...
