Pros

I got along with my colleagues very well, but the system within our department is non-existent.

Cons

Our shift go over till late nights because we're recruiting nonstop and even though we're working in HR, we don't have a proper scheduling system. We come in the morning and whoever can work extra hours stay for a longer shift.
