No Negotiation Was a Problem

Pros

Virtual work was allowed in some situations. I was glad of it as it allowed me ample personal time and enjoy my life post-working hours.

Cons

No one was willing to negotiate better pay. Most employees were paid a lower amount than what they were worth. I was one of them, and if felt terrible to be underpaid. Beware if you plan to join.

Pros

There were some good things like the social impact of the job itself. There were also many helpful employees and co-workers who are always willing to provide support.

Cons

I'd categorize this company as being below average. It's not a good company, though it isn't the worst. Still, it has a lot of things that needs to be improved if it wants to be as successful as the great ones in the industry. First thing is the management should treat its employees well. I hear times when some managers would say very condescending towards an employee. Another thing is the salary. The company should provide competitve compensation packages to its employees.
