      Happy Hours Heavy drinking among employees Can land a high position job just by knowing someone in management without having any experience (basically, you are hired to fail)

      -Fantastic reputation, subcontractor base, and talent pool -Very efficient standardized way of managing construction -The Futures Program is second to none, great starting ground for recent grads -Pay is top of the market, good amount of starting PTO -Some of the most knowledgeable and helpful construction professionals in the industry
