Whether you're brand new to the industry like I was, or transferring with experience, HITT has the systems in place to continue to build your knowledge of the company and the industry as a whole. HITT University is a great perk of working at HITT that sometimes goes unmentioned. Regardless of your title, you are required to take classes led by the company's experienced employees that gives you insight into things such as: Reading Construction Drawings, Construction Math, Public Speaking, CPR, OSHA, and other practices that embody The HITT Way. All of my colleagues at HITT agree with me when I say I am so glad I found HITT, because I would never want to work anywhere else after being employed here.
