Pros

Beautiful office, decent salary. Benefits are okay. There are some good people there, but many that are extremely unethical in their business practices.

Cons

Cut throat - constantly have to guard your clients Subpar HR Department - Very little knowledge of HR policies for a company of its size.

Pros

Great people, decent benefits, especially 401K match. Room to grow if you are lucky enough to become part of the "Good Old Boys" club. Nice buildilng.

Cons

No formal project management framework. Everyone does want they want to do, how they want to do it. No formal policies and procedures. Appears no functional design was ever done for Procore. Promote people because they have the skill set to be successful. People who are not part of the "Good Old Boys" club are not always treated respectfully. Questionable ethical practices..

Pros

Large clients who request unique and fulfilling projects to work on. Location is nice. Great spot to get tons of options for quality housing in several good areas.

Cons

The employee turnover rate is astounding, though it is no wonder. They generally treat project managers and below like cattle who mean nothing to the organization. It is a shame that you constantly see good people show up who have huge potential, and end up leaving so soon because they realize how flawed and unprofessional the company is. Senior management is incredibly unorganized.
