      - High Starting Pay - Interesting Projects - Respected reputation among clients, subcontractors, and architects - Increasing use of technology to reduce paperwork

      Cons

      As a field/construction site personnel, your experience is highly dependent on your day to day manager. Some are great and understanding managers, others will overwork you and care little for your personal well being. As others have said, the work life balance can be terrible.

      Pros

      Great people - they know how to work hard and play hard together. The company provides autonomy in decision making and they truly trust their employees. They take time to understand your goals and provide career growth opportunities. I love that they stand by the HITT Way and instill the values in every team member that comes on board.

      Cons

      Heavy workload provides a lot of challenges with work-life balance. Daily work attire - wearing a tie.
