      Pros

      Great people, decent benefits, especially 401K match. Room to grow if you are lucky enough to become part of the "Good Old Boys" club. Nice buildilng.

      Cons

      No formal project management framework. Everyone does want they want to do, how they want to do it. No formal policies and procedures. Appears no functional design was ever done for Procore. Promote people because they have the skill set to be successful. People who are not part of the "Good Old Boys" club are not always treated respectfully. Questionable ethical practices..

      Very cliquey management and project teams. You're either on the in or you're on the out, no matter what the quality of work you do. Political messages and motivation often publicly exhibited in all-hands meetings and emails.
