      Pros

      Hitt is a very well established,family owned, company with ,at one time, one of the best reputations in the business.

      Cons

      Company seems to have completely gone corporate, losing sight of how they got to where they are. To many mid-upper management clicks. Owners appear to have lost control. The Family atmosphere has dissappeared.

      Bonus... If you have a good year. Company has very good reputation in the industry and its a very stable company fiscally.

      Little to know positive feedback from management. There are definite "favorites" in the company and the rest of us just exist.
