      Good compensation package. Good company training. Company truck option*

      Cons

      * Superintendents expected to start and run projects with no roster, prints, contracts or buyout completed. * PM's are Account Managers not Construction Managers. They lack common construction knowledge. (Multiple PM's requested not to attend OAC meetings from clients for they are insulting and lack project knowledge.) * No company credit card or gas card.

      Great people - great clients - at the time amazing field staff.

      Owners are elitists and miss the point of what makes their company great - the people. Tremendous turnover

      Pros

      Hitt is a very well established,family owned, company with ,at one time, one of the best reputations in the business.

      Cons

      Company seems to have completely gone corporate, losing sight of how they got to where they are. To many mid-upper management clicks. Owners appear to have lost control. The Family atmosphere has dissappeared.
