Extreme nepotism, no work-life balance, does not uphold company values, and focuses on the "perception" of strength. Super toxic and zero modern ideation or standards of professionalism. I would not recommend women or people of diversity to not work for any operations team. Subcontractors on the field are more PC and respectful than HITT office staff, who is the GC. Expect to work the amount of two people and to ever impress anyone, then expect to work the amount of three people. Be prepared that everyone in the company is somehow related or childhood best friends with each other. This makes the atmosphere fun, but jokes often go way too far. There is a big "bullying" culture. For example, being flicked in the ear or neck if hair isn't clean and tight and punishing employees for having hobbies that might prevent them from working overtime a certain day. Everyone is very stressed and misery loves company. There will be lots of pizza parties though. You will receive 3 weeks of PTO, but will be expected to work one weekend every month, which is 12-20 days to work for free, and this includes holiday weekends.
