Great training program. Great annual bonuses. Respected amongst all contractors if you're employed by HITT. Incredible staff working at headquarters. Incredible HR and Payroll staff. Too many perks to name. Personal names on your parking space, on job sites. Maximum office space usage for construction. Over the top parties for employees, plus very enjoyable weekly happy hours. Huge annual bonuses. Mentoring for newer superintendents.
Cons
I signed my contract under the assumption that my training period would only be 2 months, but that turned into 8 months, but the positive part of this is incredible training and incredible coworkers.
