      Sexist boys club that promotes men over more qualified women. Hire you as a PM and understaff so you work also as a superintendent.

      Too many PX's, VPs and beyond. Not enough people in the field executing work. Will be Overworked and not have much support.

      Too many PX's, VPs and beyond. Not enough people in the field executing work. Overworked, undervalued. Bring on external workforce that create issues with internal team members. Very little support away from Headquarters.

      Good compensation, generous bonus structure

      Cons

      Infighting and lack of direction/vision from leadership leave the company ineffective and unable to lead this company into the future. The prospects of this company are dim, stay away. Our department alone had 75% of staff either leave, quit, or were unexpectedly let go twice in a two year period all due to inadequate leadership.
