The people I work with every day are skilled, collaborative and helpful. The company's leadership seem to genuinely care about improving the company and looking after their employees.

Salary was competitive for the role

- It did not matter what you can do, but whether you can be politically liked - A lot of the support functions were led by people who should not be at that senior role - Allergic to improvement and working to get to best standards - not a place of excellence or talent
