Thank you so much for saying "Great Team, Great Projects" about HKA. I am delighted that you have worked at HKA for more than four years and continue to stay with us. Thank you for all you do to make HKA a great place to work and thanks for all your help to keep HKA improving. I agree with you and think we do have "a collaborative team culture across all departments". This is most refreshing in a global business and is powerful in helping us enjoy ourselves and do the best for our clients and colleagues. Sorry that you have "not seen colleagues enough during the Covid crisis" - I think you are right. When I have seen colleagues in person the experience has been very positive and motivating. I hope that as more offices become available on a voluntary basis to work, that colleagues will spend more time together. e.g. this week I am coming into our London office for two days which really excites me. You are part of our HKA family; so firstly many thanks for all you are doing to make HKA a great place to work, grow and play. We really appreciate your efforts and collaboration as we grow and improve HKA together. You note many positives about HKA under Pros. As you know, we are not complacent and we know what more we can do to make HKA better and bigger. Collaboration is so important to us and we treasure that 100% and encourage it all of the time.
