HKA reviews

HKA is a great place to work, grow and play…this is what our colleagues tell us, so your review is extremely different. I do need to present the correct fact base – we have authentic reviews on Glassdoor and we don’t need to “write fake reviews” as you assert. I am sorry for you that you did not enjoy your time at HKA, that is a shame and certainly not what we want for any colleague. I respect that this post is your opinion, notwithstanding that I do see HKA very differently to you and our engagement survey results from our people present a very positive HKA. We had a 92% participation rate in our engagement survey which we were very pleased with. Scored 7.9 out of 10 How likely is it you would recommend HKA as a place to work? 7.8 out of 10 I feel like I am given enough freedom to decide how to do my work. 8.4 out of 10 My manager provides me with the support I need to complete my work. 8.3 out of 10 Employee health and wellbeing is a priority at HKA. 8.0 out of 10 I recognize that we are seeing things differently, which is what makes the world go around. Thank you so much for saying you recommend HKA and we have a positive business outlook. We appreciate the time you have taken to share your views, as a current employee and Partner.
