Pros

HKA is all about its people, which are a fantastic motivated crowd. Knowledgeable and professional. There is a real spirit of collaboration and a commitment to deliver high quality. The London office is a nice environment, with a good vibe, and everyone looks after one another.

Cons

The UK pension is poor (but other benefits are excellent including premium private healthcare). It can be intense, but that's par for the course.
