Potential to make decent money

Cons

Leadership team has no communication skills. Lead volume was horrible even with a close percentage near 50% you lose commission if you don’t sell the most expensive product the install team lacks experience. Bryan Enders and the management team are all buddies and treat things like a frat house. One of the most mismanaged and unprofessional companies I have ever worked for. They completely lied about how much you could make just to get me to work for them. Stay far away.

Pay was slightly higher than other similar companies

The leadership should be embarrassed how they conduct themselves. The egos won't allow for any sort of process improvement, meanwhile the 1 star reviews on social media are rampant....and not going to stop until the fragile egos get set aside. Good luck to anyone joining the organization, you've been advised, it's going downhill fast, with no good outlook. It takes the generation that didn't create the company to ruin it, which is what's happening.

Pros

I’ve been working here for over a year, and it’s been the best decision I made joining the team as a lead installer. They keep me busy with work, the jobs are neatly laid out, higher ups (managers) always do their best to make sure I got whatever I need to get my work done and that there is no problems.
