Pros
The company has many products to work on . Main focus is on analog and mechanical engineering for in house end to end product development. Lots of good talent and some mentoring for entry candidates. Management takes a hands off approach.
Cons
Procedural driven development processes has excessive amounts of bureaucracy. Test equipment is very dated but is still useful. Company background noises from customer support is a bit repetitive, along overhead music can be annoying makes using earplugs, or headphones a good option.
