      Pros

      HME is one of the least known, best companies in San Diego. HME values it's employees as evidenced by fantastic programs, bbq's, team outings (bowling, softball), and has a truly respectful, non-politically driven culture. This company values experience, leadership and service mentality, inside and out.

      Cons

      Can't think of any, outside of needing additional office space due to growth.
