Snitch culture - the Repair department snitches on Tech Support who snitches on other TSRs and calls it "coaching opportunities" while the Accounting department and Tech Support snitch on each other. Low wages - just cheap for a California company for Tech Support No gender/racial diversity in middle management in the Tech Support department

Leads are childish and treat you like a kid, give off “peaked in highschool” constantly bully you and immediately run to supervisor if you simply use the restroom, supervisor does nothing at all to protect you and constantly sides with leads who are weirdly close to him and he’s weirdly close to them and I mean like very very weird.
