      Pros

      i'm new to HME and in my short time i've really come to enjoy my peers, supervisors, and managers including the CEO. They really show appreciation for the employees and provide classes to grow in your position and company communications.

      Cons

      The drive is long. I live near downtown and the company is currently in Poway. At the end of 2017 the company will be moving to Carlsbad. The commute will be even more trying. They should have all departments participate in working from home at least 2 or 3 days a week to help with travel cost.

      Pros

      It is a privately-owned company and CEO really cares about the employees. Other perks are great such as: telecommuting, you can wear jeans every day (casual space), and vanpools.

      Cons

      Location is in Poway. Excited to be moving to a custom built new building in Carlsbad in December 2017 with a gym (including onsite showers), game room, quiet room, and ocean view.
