      Pros

      Some co-workers were great to work with, some were miserable which reflected the companies inner workings. The secret here is to work for a public entity for a decade and then come here for the big payday, this is "what right looks like"

      Too many to list, not a place you will excel in your career. Plenty of incompetent managers moving up while not bringing value.

      there's better gigs out there if you care about culture

      relatively good pay and health insurance, there are quite a few good apples in the bunch

      Cons

      toxic work culture, managers seem unhappy and hyperfocused on metrics that don't matter, thru their actions - managers show they don't care about culture, diversity, or work-life balance.
