      Good solid company that offers practice and location opportunities.

      Too much management emphasis and not enough design excellence.

      Good projects, not so great upper management.

      Pros

      The projects are some of the best projects to work on and are very interesting. Even professional employees can get straight-time over-time for any hours over 40 hours if approved by manager.

      Cons

      No mentor-ship program, no program to help employees grow, benefits are not good. I was asked to work on projects with tight or non-existent budgets and asked not to bill (ie work on my own time) and since it was not billed, that time is not recognized by management.

      been around for about 100 years

      Cons

      Most middle-managers have no clue and very little if any people skills. Many employees overworked and very underappreciated.
