      Pros

      Colleagues are open-minded, collaborative, sharing work. The company actively provide tailored training to help professional career growth. The company has developed mature culture and standards of performance that greatly help the efficiency and help employees identify the responsibilities.

      Cons

      The lay-offs can be scary: some day when you come to work, your next cubicle coworker could have disappeared because of layoff. The laid off only have two hours to get personal stuff, without any advanced notice.

      Great employees who are devoted and very competent. Trying to implement innovative technology in design.

      Cons

      Cold, detached management (executive level). Lack of concern for employee development. High dollar salaries paid to executives while rank and file positions are cut. Lavish executive retreats to extravagant destinations while the employees were expected to cut back. Cold, uncaring H.R. leadership team.

      Pros

      there is a lot of experienced engineers here to gain some knowledge. The benefits are good. Some managers will give you the truth and not a cup of the company's kool-aid.

      Cons

      This company doesn't seen to care about it employees which is a employee owned company. as a engineering culture HNTB is very slow and behind the times. Seem to be focused on managing project then actually design and will sub out to teaming partners. no work share through the company, it is every office for itself. work work work TOJ!
