My parts warehouse is horrible. Lacks real leadership. No accountability, management is too hands off, people get away with a lot. Very toxic environment.

Good benefits, profit sharing, bonuses by tenure, comfortable work atmosphere, welcoming management.

Cons

Limited promotion opportunities, somewhat heavy work load (physically & mentally), no compensation for selling equipment as a coordinator (sales rep gets the commission regardless if they had a hand in it)
