Pros

Lunch was catered on Fridays, project bonuses at mostly all levels

Cons

Disorganized and disingenuous management, Toxic Environment, incredibly high turnover rate. Overuse of the cliché "we're like a family" line to justify long hours and under compensation. Company culture is finding someone to blame as opposed to finding solutions. Toxic negotiation tactics where management demeans and devalues your work in order to justify undercompensation.

Thank you for the honest feedback. Our industry demands a high level of Commitment, especially during critical phases of a project. That said, our culture is not just about delivering results—it is about how we deliver them. Over the past several years, we have worked to better align our planning, staffing, and communication with our values of Partnership and respect for our people. That means being more intentional about workload, more disciplined in how we manage projects, and more accountable to each other as a team. We take Pride in the quality of our work, but we also recognize that long-term success requires sustainability for our team members. This is an area where we have made progress and where we remain focused on continued improvement.
