      Unfair treatment - will fire for no reason or warning

      This company is so so corrupt on the inside! Unless you’re part of the “inner circle,” you will have unfair treatment from upper management. You will be a working slave. They fire people for no reason or warning. They will fire people on Friday afternoons and ruin their weekends. They dispose you like toilet paper. I would stay far away. All the managers and HR team are so secretive and corrupt. I’m so glad I don’t work here anymore. It is a toxic evil environments

      Good for short-term, scared to make this my career

      Pros

      The pay and benefits are decent. I like my job that I have now and my manager is amazing, but I need a change.

      Cons

      Overloaded with corporate greed and layers upon layers of micro-management. Inflexible with scheduling/time off so you feel treated like a number rather than a human. **You DO have options for time off, but most days have to be approved which seldom are available. Sick days are considered occurrences against you, yet they give you the time to take them. Covid has amplified new draconian rules and it is completely draining. That coupled with so many new CCTV cameras, you feel like you're under a microscope 24/7. My manager makes me feel appreciated for what I do, but I know others have it worse, so I sympathize.
