Pros? Cons? The only "pro" is that there is a paycheck at the end of the week. Loosen up dudes, it's only milk!

When you sign on, you give up your agency. You do your best, you believe in the company, but the company doesn’t believe in you. How many management tiers above, remember your name? The owner gets wealthier, on your daily routine. He doesn’t care about you, only what you achieve. So in closing my friend, much wiser than me. Because you have read this, and have the ability to flee.
