Pros

Good work life balance with pretty decent technical growth(depends on the team and people), A lot of opportunities given the vast areas: you don't like front-end you can work on back -end, you dont like back-end you can be ML engineer, be a data engineer or even a scientist. HP is like a government office company

Cons

Growth is less, you might find yourself stuck in the same role for years 3 days work from office with only WFH for a total of 2 weeks in the whole year -- So if a person wants to go to his/her home town, they can only do so for 2 weeks in a whole year. They don't fire weak, incompetent people, which indirectly impacts the company and the team performance,
