      Pros

      Values the environment and conservation efforts. Values diversity. Unlimited sick and vacation leave. Remote office for now.

      Cons

      No opportunity for growth or advancement unless you return to an office. Morale is very low. Too much management change without any clear direction or guidance. Most leaders are too new to the company so it is erasing HP’s core values and the HP Way. It will be HP’s demise.

Over the past two decades, I’ve witnessed a pattern of misaligned leadership decisions, including overpriced and questionable acquisitions, repeated reorganizations that yielded no meaningful outcomes, and top-down product strategies that failed to resonate with both employees and customers. > Both the PC and Printing divisions are in sunset phases, with limited innovation and diminishing market relevance
