      Constant reorgs and heavy politics make a stressful tomorrow. Advertise work life balance but spreaded teams create the opposite.

      Pros

      The brand itself is very impactful and it has a lot of weight behind it. Access to some very cool hardware and the overall UK benefits are quite good.

      Cons

      Perfectly honest, the company is only interested in hiring interns, it’s looking for people to do jobs at a lower level of salary and it really doesn’t value experience and knowledge. They seem to want to get rid of people who have been there for quite some time or have come in as part of an acquisition. At first extremely welcoming, but when it comes to getting rid of people, you’re just dropped like dead weight.
