      You get a chance to meet and work with a lot of great people.

      Cons

      The company has been shrinking for a while, and since the split there hasn't been a lot of consistency between teams and organizations. Depending on the organization you're in, you could either be worked to the bone, or have nothing to do and little direction from above.

      Pros

      Very capable teams. High-performance and high respect environment. Good mix of ages and experience creates a positively diverse environment. Decent work/life balance is possible most of the time.

      Cons

      Short-term thinking/actions driven by obsession over quarterly results are frustrating. The business is shrinking (attrition, layoffs) with no clear end in sight. Salaries haven't kept up with inflation for 10 years. The company is still suffering from multiple huge blunders made at the board level (e.g. CEO choices, crazy huge acquisitions that wasted unbelievable $$$.)
