Great flexibility, but depending on your job hard to find real career paths

Pros

Great flexibility like possibility to do homeoffice, core working hours, own day planning etc. Great team spirit and social engagement, sustainability programs etc. Benefits like kindergarten tickets, tickets restaurant, sports facilities, etc. Open-door policy.

Cons

Constant restructuring. Depending in which department you work (e.g. operations), it is very hard to switch into another department or have a real career path.

Pros

I've started my career in HP in 2008 and I have worked there for 6 years. This is one of the companies which values the work life balance. Even though there were tight deadlines sometimes and the stress level was raising, the environment there, colleagues and managers were there to support you and help you. This is a company were you can learn how to interact in a multinational environment and how to work in cross-cultural teams.

Cons

Even though the befits were diverse and motivating (from discounts for HP products as well as discount at retailers, other companies etc. to working from home even 3 days/week), the salary package can be improved.
