      Some work life balance in some areas

      Cons

      There is no career growth at this company or if it is is extremely slow. Often management prefers to close vacant positions than to promote someone. Salary increases and bonus are very bad if any. The R&D is bad, tight deadlines, low budget, and they pr get to ship n unfinished/imperfect product (printers and presses) than investing in R&D. They often shelve programs just because they decide to save money.
