      Pleasant working environment (some people returned to HP because of it) - your colleagues make it Open door policy A good start for your career There are other roles you could ascend to (mid level) Work from home (from time to time)

      Cons

      Salary is low and increased only by constant performance (of course). But if you're a medium to high performer, there's a chance the new hire next year (same job as you) will get the same salary you'll have, it being adjusted to the market requirement. You better be good at networking if you want that x job. Smoking with, or befriending your manager always helps, of course. Pray for an off-site manager. You'll have trouble finding an inspiring one here. Working with other departments is like cats and dogs - one is always above the other No discounts on company products
