      Pros

      Some positions allow you to work remotely which is a great perk. The people at HP are very intelligent and hard working. Ability to move around within the company and try new positions.

      Cons

      The work/life balance that they like to preach about is nonexistent. You are expected to work 10 plus hours a day and still do not have enough time to complete your work. You are also expected to travel over the weekends. No longer a company that creates new technology, now we license from others. The compensation is very low compared to other technology companies.

      Pros

      HP values your contribution as a professional. You find a conducive work environment and many opportunityies to move internally and explore different business areas, on the job training, and colleagues willing to help.

      Cons

      Being such as comfortable environment, in Italy average age and company seniority of work force is high so turnover is low. This can also be seen as a bottleneck for young talents career development.
