Pros
the company is really try to survive and they know to boost salesthey need to go further. Its depends on your team or your division, lucky me i got a team who can work together and has that synergy.
Cons
I worked at HP for 3 years. The compnay itself is trying to survive. The management team was complicated not really supportive because HP system is based on region so you need to catch up with your local boss and also the region.
