      * Laid back atmosphere * No micromanaging * Co-workers focused on team building * Lots of learning opportunities * Good work-life balance

      * HP's core markets, computers and printers, continue to stagnate * Slow to respond to changing market conditions * Frequent layoffs * Many IT jobs have been outsourced to 3rd party contractors and low cost centers * Too much focus on short term financial gains * Not enough focus on long term growth

      - Relaxed atmosphere, nice people. - Awesome company events - Decent pay and benefits - No strict dress code or micromanagement from my manager.

      Cons

      - High average age, they need a good way to attract new and younger talent - Mentoring for new employees is a little too relaxed/unregulated.
