      Pros

      The role gives you great visibility to the executives and management. The work culture is great in terms of work-life plan. As a full-time employee, you have the opportunity to work in different workstreams.

      Cons

      Slow work culture is the biggest drawback; sometimes you feel lack of challenge. The other con is that you are not working at cutting edge technology even though you are in the bay area.
