      Pros

      Lots of benefits and generally a very positive working environment.

      Cons

      HR pay very little attention to employees. Very few opportunities for mid-level career growth. Poor leadership from mid/senior management. Lack of fresh thinking.

      Pros

      Besides the fact that HP is a big company, HP Ins is also a big family. We have a really friendly and supportive working environment with a large variety of activities after the working hours. The daily activities are complex and that's why it can be a challenge for some of you. HP is driven by important values and also by creating the suitable environment for professional development. Regarding the benefits: flexible working schedule, medical assurance and all kind of discounts.

      Cons

      Downsides: for some of you being too engaged in your work may be a drawback.
