      People are still the best thing about HP

      Pros

      The people are HP's best asset. They are very professional and friendly. Work hours are still pretty flexible. The dress code is very relaxed, but you are expected to dress professionally when appropriate.

      Cons

      Senior management continually underinvests in the business and is inconsistent with its strategy. People are overworked and it is expected by management. Very little effort is even made to consider work-life balance.

      Flexible working culture. You can work with a lot of brilliant people all around the world. As a fresh or young professional, you can learn a lot. I had a great boss that time :)

      Pros

      Extremely open environment to grow i personal and professional level. Extremely open to innovation and creative thinking! Ideal starting point for a career as it will get you connected with a lot of different businesses and market segments!

      Cons

      Like any huge organization it is easy to get lost and end up with a "meeting your targets" career... Just follow the HP Garage rules and you will do great! Compensation is starting low and growing as you grow (but only if you choose to grow!)
